Police Piper

Harold Higgins is a sworn police officer in the Metro Detroit area where he serves on the Honor Guard as the official bagpiper. Additionally, he has been a professional and competitive Highland Bagpipe player in the tri-county area for over 15 years. He has used this unique talent to bring joy and comfort to many people performing at weddings, funerals and special engagements such as The Michigan State Capitol Building and The National Law Enforcement Memorial in Washington D.C.
